Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable, as they are made specifically to your specifications. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or finish, subject to availability. Please contact us and we'll confirm stock before arranging the exchange.
