What is your warranty policy?
All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes, our Sharjah showroom is open Sunday–Thursday 9AM–6PM and Saturday 10AM–4PM. No appointment needed — just walk in.
Do you offer B2B pricing?
Yes, we offer trade pricing for architects, interior designers, and contractors. Apply through our B2B registration and our team will be in touch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, Cash on Delivery, and BNPL options through Tabby and Tamara.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email. You can also log in to your account to view order status.
