Delete Your Data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, and you do not need an account with us to do so. If you contacted us through Facebook or Instagram you can do it yourself in seconds — see below. For anything else, email us and we will handle it.

If you messaged us on Facebook or Instagram

Removing Ziera from your Facebook or Instagram settings deletes your data automatically — you do not need to contact us.

  1. Open your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and websites.
  3. Find Ziera in the list and select Remove.

Facebook then notifies us and we delete your conversation history with us straight away. You will be given a confirmation code — you can check the status of your request at any time on our deletion status page.

Any other data — ask us directly

For WhatsApp conversations, storefront accounts, newsletter sign-ups or anything else, email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request.

So we can find the right records, please tell us which of these you used: the email address on your account or orders, the phone number you messaged us from, or the Instagram or Facebook handle you contacted us with. We may ask one question to confirm it is your data before we delete it — this protects you from someone else deleting your records.

We respond within the time required by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and ordinarily within one month.

What gets deleted

  • Your Facebook Messenger and Instagram conversations with us, and every message in them.
  • Your WhatsApp conversation history with us.
  • Any sales lead or enquiry record created from those conversations.
  • Your storefront account and saved delivery addresses.
  • Newsletter and marketing preferences.

What we must keep, and why

We cannot delete everything, and it would be misleading to say otherwise. UAE tax and accounting law requires us to retain records of completed sales — invoices, payments and the order details behind them — for a fixed period, even after you ask us to delete your data.

Those records are kept only to meet that legal obligation. They are not used for marketing, they are not shared with Meta or any advertising platform, and they are deleted once the retention period required by law has passed.

If you have never bought anything from us, there is no such record and everything we hold about you is deleted.
